Small Groups

Our life as a community is enriched by participation in small groups for discussion and fellowship.  Please Contact Us for more information about these groups.  Examples of groups are: 

Book discussion group

• To discuss books of mutual interest at a monthly potluck

Faith, Food and Fellowship group

• Monthly dinner and conversation for students and young adults.  Third Friday of the month potluck at the pastor's home.

Breast cancer support group

• For women who have had or are facing breast cancer 

Consumption & Justice Group

• Raising congregational awareness of ecological/justice issues; supporting each other as we seek to make lifestyle changes and live more simply; & networking with other religious groups concerned about the earth

LGBT group

• Provide a supportive environment to focus on LGBT related issues

Monday Evening Bible Study

• To discuss books of the bible in a reader/response style

Nica Companions

• Support the church's relationship with our sister community of the Church of the Poor in Dulce Nombre de Jesus, Nicaragua.
